Shipping Policy

Shipping Scope & Title Transfer

When you place an order, we will ship it to the address provided, as long as it complies with our shipping restrictions. Once we hand the package over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title transfer to you. Please contact the carrier directly if a shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International orders may incur taxes, customs duties, broker fees, or other charges imposed by your country. These are not included in your order total and are your responsibility. If your package is held by customs, you must coordinate clearance and pick-up. If you refuse a package or it is returned to us, we will refund the merchandise amount (excluding outbound shipping, return shipping, and import duties).

We do our best to comply with customs regulations, but we cannot refund items confiscated by foreign customs.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Express Shipping (DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT): Door-to-door, DDU terms (i.e. duty and taxes not prepaid).

    • Orders over USD 499 qualify for free express shipping.

    • Orders under USD 499 incur a freight charge:

      • Weight < 5 kg: USD 39

      • Weight ≥ 5 kg: USD 59

  • Pick-Up / EXW (Ex Works): You may arrange pickup from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, using your own forwarder. Contact us to coordinate.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 0–1 business day (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • USA / Canada / Mexico: 4–6 days

    • UK / EU: 5–7 days

    • Other regions: Contact us for estimates

If there is a delay or backorder, we will notify you with the updated timeline or alternative options.
